NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, the
Philip City Council, South Dakota, will meet to hold a public hearing on the
proposed City of Philip Comprehensive Plan. The hearing will be held on October
12, 2009 at 6:00 pm in the Community Room of the Haakon County Courthouse, 140
S Howard Ave., Philip, South Dakota, at which time and place any person
interested may appear to give public testimony. The Comprehensive Plan is
available for public viewing and printing at http://philipsouthdakota.com/ or
contact the City of Philip. The meeting is open to the public and interested
persons are encouraged to attend. Disabled individuals wishing assistance
should contact the City Finance Officer for information and/or special
assistance ‑ the request should be made 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
